Top Tier Dog Training LLC
Board & Train Program (2 Weeks)

Welcome to Top Tier Dog Training LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By booking, purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any training services—including our 2-Week Board & Train program—you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not book services with us.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Top Tier Dog Training LLC provides professional dog training services, including but not limited to:
• 2-Week Board & Train programs
• Obedience training (on-leash and off-leash)
• Behavior modification
• Socialization and structured exposure
• Owner education and follow-up support
Results vary by dog. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

2. ELIGIBILITY & DOG REQUIREMENTS
To enroll in our program, your dog must meet our basic requirements:
Required Vaccinations
Dogs must have current vaccinations prior to drop-off, including:
• Rabies
• DHPP (or equivalent)
• Bordetella (recommended)
We may request proof of vaccination.
Health & Condition Disclosure
Client agrees to disclose all known information about the dog, including but not limited to:
• Bite history / aggression
• Medical conditions
• Injuries or surgeries
• Behavioral issues
• Anxiety, fear, reactivity
• Medication requirements
• Escape history
Failure to disclose may result in removal from the program without refund.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Client agrees that:
• They are the legal owner of the dog or have full authority to enroll the dog.
• The dog is not stolen and has no pending ownership disputes.
• The dog is free of contagious illness at drop-off.
• The dog is not knowingly aggressive beyond the level disclosed at intake.

4. BOARD & TRAIN PROGRAM DETAILS
Our Board & Train program includes structured training sessions and controlled daily routines. Dogs will stay in our care for the duration of the program.
Client acknowledges:
• This is a training environment, not a daycare or luxury boarding facility
• Dogs may experience temporary stress while adjusting
• Dogs may be crated, kenneled, or securely confined for safety during rest periods

5. DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
Client agrees to arrive on time for scheduled drop-off and pick-up.
If Client fails to pick up the dog as scheduled, additional boarding fees may apply.
If the dog is not picked up within 5 days of scheduled pick-up and no arrangements have been made, the dog may be considered abandoned and handled according to applicable laws.

6. PAYMENT TERMS
All training services must be paid according to the pricing and due dates provided at booking.
Deposits & Balances
• A deposit may be required to reserve your spot.
• Final balances may be required before or at drop-off.
Late or Non-Payment
Failure to pay may result in:
• Cancellation of services
• Loss of deposit
• Dog not being released until payment is completed (where allowed by law)

7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Because we reserve time and space for each dog, deposits are generally non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for:
• Client change of mind
• Client scheduling conflicts
• Early pick-up by Client
• Dog removed due to behavioral or safety concerns
• Failure to follow post-training instructions
If we choose to end services early due to safety or welfare concerns, we may provide a partial refund at our discretion, but we are not required to.

8. BEHAVIORAL RISKS & SAFETY
Client acknowledges that dog training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
• Bites
• Scratches
• Dog fights or scuffles
• Property damage
• Equipment damage
• Stress-related reactions
We use safe practices, but no training program is risk-free.
Aggression / Dangerous Behavior
If a dog displays severe aggression, unsafe behavior, or repeated escape attempts, we may:
• Pause training
• Modify goals
• Require equipment upgrades
• End the program early with pick-up required
No refunds are guaranteed in these cases.

9. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES & VETERINARY CARE AUTHORIZATION
If we believe your dog needs medical care, Client authorizes Top Tier Dog Training LLC to seek veterinary treatment.
Client agrees:
• They are financially responsible for all veterinary costs
• We may transport the dog to a veterinarian of our choice if needed
• We will attempt to contact Client as soon as reasonably possible

10. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Dog behavior depends on many factors, including genetics, history, consistency, environment, and owner follow-through.
Therefore:
• We do not guarantee specific results
• We do not guarantee permanent behavior changes
• We do not guarantee off-leash reliability in all environments
Training must be maintained after the program ends.

11. OWNER FOLLOW-THROUGH & HANDLER RESPONSIBILITY
Client understands that training outcomes depend heavily on owner consistency.
We may provide:
• Home lessons
• Follow-up sessions
• Written instructions
• Training tools or guidelines
Client agrees to follow all provided instructions to maintain progress.

12. EQUIPMENT
Client agrees to use required training tools as instructed, which may include:
• Slip lead
• Training collar
• E-collar (if included and agreed upon)
• Leash and long line
• Crate (if needed)
We are not responsible for progress loss if Client refuses to use recommended equipment.

13. PHOTOS, VIDEOS & MARKETING RELEASE
Client grants Top Tier Dog Training LLC permission to photograph and/or video the dog during training.
These may be used for:
• Social media
• Website marketing
• Training updates
• Advertising
Client may request in writing to opt-out before training begins.

14. LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS
Client agrees to release and hold harmless Top Tier Dog Training LLC, including its owners, employees, contractors, and agents, from any and all liability for:
• Injuries to the dog (including illness, accident, or death)
• Injuries caused by the dog to people, animals, or property
• Loss or damage to personal items provided with the dog
Client accepts full responsibility for any damage or injury caused by their dog at any time.

15. DAMAGES CAUSED BY CLIENT’S DOG
Client is financially responsible for damages caused by the dog including:
• Property damage
• Injury to another animal
• Injury to trainers or staff
• Equipment replacement

16. TRAINING TOOL RISKS
Client understands that certain training tools (such as training collars) carry risk if misused.
Client agrees:
• Tools must be used only as instructed
• Company is not responsible for misuse by Client after training
• Client assumes responsibility once the dog is returned

17. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if:
• The dog is dangerously aggressive beyond what was disclosed
• The dog poses a safety risk
• Client is disrespectful, threatening, or uncooperative
• Payment is not made
• The dog’s health or welfare is at risk
If terminated, the Client must pick up the dog immediately or within the timeframe we provide.

18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state where Top Tier Dog Training LLC operates.

19. SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will still remain in full effect.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions constitute the full agreement between Client and Top Tier Dog Training LLC and override any prior communication or agreements.
