At Top Tier Dog Training LLC, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking any training services.

 

7-Day Refund Window

 

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of booking your training program.

After 7 days from the booking date, no refunds will be issued, for any reason.

 

Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds may be considered only if:

    •    The request is made within 7 days of booking

    •    Training services have not begun

    •    The client has not received scheduled sessions, boarding, or training work

 

Non-Refundable Payments

 

The following are non-refundable:

    •    Refund requests made after the 7-day window

    •    Deposits (if applicable)

    •    Any services already started or completed

    •    Missed appointments, late arrivals, or cancellations outside the agreed notice period

    •    Packages, promotions, discounts, or sale bookings

    •    Any personalized training plan work that has already been created or initiated

 

How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund, clients must contact us within the 7-day period by:

    •    Full name

    •    Booking date

    •    Program purchased

    •    Reason for refund request

 

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/provider).

 

Policy Agreement

 

By booking training services with Top Tier Dog Training LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy in full.
